Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction.
As a friendly bunch of people, we want you to be happy with the outfit so you can flaunt it and get compliments. :)
What is our return policy?
We take returns seriously as we care about what’s being delivered to you. We accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged: This is rare as we focus on quality! All outfits pass multiple checks and our courier partners handle them with care. Still, if you receive a damaged product, we’ll be happy to take it back.
Size Mismatch: Ordered the wrong size? Don’t worry — we’ll help you exchange it.
Did not like the product: Not in love with it? Return it and pick another amazing outfit!
You can return the outfit within 7 days of delivery. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. While raising a return request, please ensure:
Try the outfit, admire it, but ensure it’s unworn when returned.
The original packaging, tags and labels must be intact.
How to initiate a return?

Our support team will verify your order details. If you’ve placed multiple orders, please specify which product you’d like to return.
You’ll get a Return Confirmation message on your WhatsApp once the return is picked up.
Can I send the outfit back with the delivery agent?
No — all returns follow a separate process. We’ll arrange a pick-up at your convenience.
Do I need to return it with the same packaging?
Yes — please make sure the original packaging, tags, and labels are intact. Returns won’t be processed without them. We’d appreciate it if you use the Aramya packaging for the return.
How long does the refund take?
For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method once the pick-up is successful.
For COD orders, we’ll ask for your UPI details to process the refund. If you don’t have them ready when creating the return, you can share them later.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 3–5 business days.
